Topic: Workplace Ethics

Workplace Ethics: In this workshop geared toward the business environment, we will explore the three different approaches to how to make an ethical decision, and how to handle a moral dilemma.  In this we will look at the meaning of ethics, and then look at the approaches to ethics that can be used both in and outside the workplace; a duty approach, a consequential approach and a post modern approach. The workshop will be partly discussion driven and partly based on pop-culture examples.  The presentation will last 1 hour and will interactive, enjoyable as well as educational.
